Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and success of product offerings across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring products to life and ensure they meet the needs of the market. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
: Define product vision and strategy based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.Product Development
: Lead the execution of product initiatives, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.Backlog Management
: Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with design, development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product releases.Market Research & Analysis
: Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and go-to-market approaches.Stakeholder Management
: Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.Product Performance
: Monitor and analyze product performance using relevant metrics (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.Roadmap Ownership
: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.Feature Prioritization
: Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business priorities.Go-to-Market Strategy
: Manage the go-to-market strategy for product launches and updates, ensuring successful execution and adoption.Mentorship
: Mentor and guide Associate Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field.Skills
:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
