The FRSA-SIF is a well-established Workers Compensation Self Insured Fund located in Orlando, Florida. We are seeking a qualified individual for our Winter Park, Florida office to manage the Insurance company. This is a full-time in office position.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Executive shall serve as the Administrator/CEO of the Fund and shall undertake all duties and responsibilities consistent with such title and position as well as other tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time by the Board of Ten Trustees/Directors.

Qualifications:
- Four-year Bachelor's degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in business/public administration, insurance, risk management or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in underwriting, supervising, or managing at an insurance company or a combination of related experience, education and training.
- This position requires an acceptable Nationwide security background check, including fingerprinting as a condition of employment.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation-related laws and requirements, safety, loss control and risk management principles
Duties:
- Run the day-to-day operations of the Fund and Manage Department Head Staff and Employees .
- Correspond and represent the Fund with all Regulatory Agencies, Actuaries, and outside Auditors on behalf of the Fund.
- Deal with the Fund's investment counselors within the guidelines of the Fund's Investment Policy.
- Negotiate coverages, limits, pricing, etc. with Excess Carriers, Reinsurers, TPAs, and other vendors for the best plans, options and rates.
- Strong public speaking skills.
Applicant must have the ability to:
- Examine and evaluate data relating to a workers' compensation program.
- Understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Conduct premium audits of clients, research, collect and analyze data and prepare written and/or oral reports as requested.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance and timeliness of reporting with applicable government regulations.
