Job Description
The Financial Analysis Associate Manager leads and directs daily execution of analysis and communication of financial results, development of compelling storylines and formulation of financial projections for key products, markets and initiatives. This role facilitates achievement of business objectives with guidance, while ensuring financial credibility and reputation of high quality financial measurement, reporting, planning and consulting. The Associate Manager is responsible for building financial team excellence, and developing analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and communicate convincing story lines and forward-thinking insights (with minimum focus/reliance on the numbers) to help leaders understand results, and anticipate/ understand challenges and opportunities for their business
Serve as financial advisor in absence of manager, assisting Business Unit leaders and partners in a consultative manner and identifying needs in the areas of forecasting, planning, strategic planning, measurement, business case development, capital management and internal controls
Lead team members to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., conflict/problem resolution, process/system improvements, resource procurement, supportive environment)
Participate on multi-discipline project teams as financial advisor
Assist in preparing the strategic and operating plans for the Business Unit and utilize forecast updates to influence management decisions
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - 142,275.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
