Job Description
The Auto MOI Coordinator Consultant II is responsible for assisting claims professionals by performing analysis or activities related to customer satisfaction, loss, and expense management, or other claim activity. The individual supports clerical data entry, processing claims, medical, and witness report requests, filing paper documents, processing claims payments, and performing word processing.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 - 88,987.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
The Auto MOI Coordinator Consultant II is responsible for assisting claims professionals by performing analysis or activities related to customer satisfaction, loss, and expense management, or other claim activity. The individual supports clerical data entry, processing claims, medical, and witness report requests, filing paper documents, processing claims payments, and performing word processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyses trends and reviews the MOI assignment process
Serves as a market liaison by attending field and dispatch CI huddles and assist with CSAs communication
Provides technical support and assistance to MOIDs and uses Auto Technical and various systems (CCC Scheduler, Assignment Creator, CW dispatch Tool, etc.)
Conducts analysis on market conditions and service; utilizes capacity reports and sets-up local knowledge reports
Coordinates, schedules, participates in and may lead team meetings
Monitors and reviews adjusters daily pending / open assignments involving earmarked, arrival, departure, and travel
Reviews market set-up to include SLA settings in Sys Admin (Staffed and Non-Staffed Markets)
Monitors markets by accessing shift patterns to accommodate temporary and permanent adjustments
Reviews mapping of markets to identify potential efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience
Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
CCCOne estimating software experience
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data to inform negotiation strategies
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices (Auto Technical)
