Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing exceptional service and support
- Act as a liaison between clients, carriers, and underwriters to ensure accurate policy execution and issue resolution
- Handle audits, audit policies, endorsements, and policy changes with precision and urgency
- Negotiate renewals and coverage terms with underwriters to secure favorable outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, track client interactions, and ensure compliance in particular with efficiency and accuracy with the ACORD applications
- Leverage AMS 360, HawkSoft, or Epic systems for policy administration and workflow management
- Develop deep carrier relationships, especially with Travelers and The Hartford
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property & casualty insurance (customer service or account management)
- Proficient in AMS360, HawkSoft, or Epic
- Strong understanding of policy audits, endorsements, and underwriting negotiation
- Demonstrated knowledge of carriers such as Travelers and Hartford
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of clients and complex tasks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
