Job Description
We have an opportunity for someone to join Allstate Information Security (AIS) as a Cyber Risk Services Consultant. This individual will be responsible for supporting the companys efforts to identify, assess and mature cyber risk services cyclical quality reviews, customer feedback and ad- hoc consultations.
This individual will be a key contributor managing and enhancing cyber risk services to reduce risks in close partnership with other Information Security, Allstate Technology Services, and business partners. The role requires proficiency in information security best practices, risk assessment, methodologies, risk mitigation and working across multi-functional teams.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - 170,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the companys efforts to identify, assess and mature cyber risk services cyclical quality reviews, customer feedback and ad- hoc consultations.
This individual will be a key contributor managing and enhancing cyber risk services to reduce risks in close partnership with other Information Security, Allstate Technology Services, and business partners. The role requires proficiency in information security best practices, risk assessment, methodologies, risk mitigation and working across multi-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cyber risk management and remediation process to maturity.
Recommend operationally feasible and cost-effective solutions to reduce remediation cycle times.
Assist in driving the companys efforts to proactively identify, assess, and communicate the companys information security risks to leadership and board.
Understand and ensure compliance with security policies and standards within cyber risk services and enhancements.
Collaborate with Trusted Advisor team to perform quality assurance on completed work to identify maturity opportunities and training.
Ability to work independently to lead and complete high quality threat-based risk assessments across a diverse set of technologies, business functions, and platforms.
Assist in driving process improvements while overcoming barriers to success.
Build professional relationships across the company, senior leaders, and mentor others.
Address and provide guidance on a wide range of security issues, architectures, and platforms (including Public Cloud, electronic data traffic, and network access).
Job Qualifications
8+ years of IT experience in infrastructure or development with focus in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
4 years of experience in risk assessment both internal and external
Expertise in information security risk management framework, assessment, audit and controls based on industry standard frameworks (i.e. NIST CSF; ISO; HiTrust, FAIR)
Experience with regulatory requirements (i.e. NYDFS, GDPR, HIPPA, CCPA; etc.) and contractual responsibility (PCI)
Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver results in a sprint style delivery model
Experience using GRC tools and technologies in support of the assessment/audit process (RSA Archer, Line of Sight, Security Scorecard, Bitsight, etc.)
Experience gathering information from a range of different sources to help identify weaknesses in security controls
Expertise in security control design, development, implementation, and monitoring
Desired Certifications: CISSP / CISA / CCSP / CEH
